60 lbs 2 x
Dumbbell pressed:
10 lbs 8x
15 lbs 8x
20 lbs 8x
Incline Benched:
25 lbs 8x
30 lbs 6x
35 lbs 4x
40 lbs 2x
Squatted:
55 lbs 8x
65 lbs 6x
75 lbs 4x
85 lbs 2x
oh yeah. I so rock the booyah.
